Ann Paydock has been a full-time residential agent since 2016 and has lived in the Cleveland area her entire life. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Baldwin Wallace University, she brings both business expertise and heartfelt client care to every transaction. Ann quickly established herself as a top performer, earning the Green Penguin Award for Quality Service every year since 2017, the National Sales Excellence Award annually since 2020, and recognition as a Homes of Distinction agent. She was the Strongsville office’s Top Individual Producer by volume in 2019 among 85 agents and ranks in the top ten percent of all Realtors across the Cleveland area. Outside of real estate, Ann loves time with her two daughters and her grandson.

Madeline Brightharp, Ann’s daughter and business partner, grew up in Strongsville and has lived in Northeast Ohio her whole life. A Baldwin Wallace University graduate, Madeline brings creativity, energy, strong marketing instincts, and a modern approach to today’s real estate landscape. Clients appreciate her communication style, her detail-driven process, and the genuine care she brings to each relationship. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and taking part in community activities in and around Strongsville.
